To Whom It May Concern: This is to inform those concerned that Katherine Beacon, a special agent, is to be accorded full jurisdiction within the county of Richland, Wisconsin and especially within the jurisdiction of Eastfield. The situation calls for the utmost care and selection for the security of the nation. You are expected to give aid when requested. Noncompliance is a violation of statute 458.9(c) of the Federal Defense Code F-1296-B2 (relation to local authorities). Aid consists of a) access to and utilization of officers and specialists as needed; b) compliance with acting orders from the agent. This notice allows the agent to draw upon civilian sources as deemed necessary, pursuant to statute 1156.54(d) of Federal Defense Code CV-43698-K1.
